Ten years ago, when the current boss was just a 19-year-old young man with dreams, Yanli joined this promising but somewhat shabby brush workshop. When Yanli first came into contact with the production of twisted wire brushes, everything was so unfamiliar and difficult. Every step was like an insurmountable hill. At first, she could only complete the production of a few brushes a day, and the quality was not satisfactory. However, Yanli was not intimidated by these difficulties. She knew that if she did not work hard to improve speed and quality, she would not be able to keep up with the pace of progress of this small workshop.

So, Yanli began to train herself. During the day, she would carefully observe each process and carefully figure out how to make each action more efficient; at night, under the simple light, when everyone else had rested, she was still practicing the twisting technique over and over again. It was common for her fingers to be cut by wire. After each injury, she simply bandaged it and continued to practice. She still remembered that once, because of long-term repetitive movements, her finger joints were in unbearable pain, but she gritted her teeth, thinking that as long as she persisted for a while, she could make one more brush, so she endured the pain and completed the task of the day.

As time went by, Yanli's efforts began to pay off. Her production speed gradually increased, from a few a day at the beginning, slowly becoming a dozen, and then dozens. Her proficiency in making twisted wire brushes reached an amazing level, and every movement was clean and neat, as if flowing like clouds and water. Not only that, the quality of the twisted wire brushes she made was getting better and better, whether it was the winding density of the silk thread or the overall firmness of the brush, it was first-class.

In this process, the small workshop also faced many crises. Once, a big customer suddenly asked for early delivery and proposed higher quality standards. At that time, the workshop was seriously short of staff and everyone felt great pressure. Yanli was well aware of the difficulty of this task. If it could not be completed on time and with quality, it might lose this important customer. For the growing small workshop, it was undoubtedly a heavy blow. But Yanli had no complaints, but took the initiative to work overtime. With her skilled skills acquired over the years, she led other workers to work together. During those tense days, she hardly slept a good night, but she always maintained a high degree of concentration and firm belief.

In this way, with the joint efforts of Yanli, the boss and all employees, the small workshop has grown step by step. In 2019, Xingtai Fuyi Brush Co., Ltd. was finally officially registered and established.It develops quickly and Xingtai Fuyi Brush Co.,Ltd has got the top sales in twisted wire spiral tube brushes in 2023,2024.
