‌1 Optimize the electroplating process‌:

1‌) Pretreatment process‌: Ensure that the workpiece surface is properly pretreated, such as degreasing, alkali washing and polishing. For aluminum parts, zinc immersion can be used to form a dense replacement zinc layer to improve the bonding strength of the coating‌

‌2) Current distribution‌: Ensure that the current is evenly distributed, which can be achieved by adjusting the position of the anode and cathode. For the problem of uneven coating, adjusting the current density and electroplating time can obtain a smoother coating‌

3) Plating solution management‌: Regularly replace the plating solution to ensure that it is within the optimal concentration and pH range. Use a filtration system to remove impurities from the plating solution and add appropriate additives such as brighteners and smootheners to improve the quality of the coating.

2 Maintain electroplating equipment:

1) Equipment maintenance and upgrade: Regularly inspect and maintain electroplating equipment, and renovate or update old equipment to avoid pollution caused by equipment problems.

2) Filtration system: Install an efficient filtration system to remove solid particles and suspended matter from the plating solution and keep the plating solution clean.

3 Control the quality of the plating solution:

1) Regularly replace the plating solution: Regularly replace part or all of the plating solution according to the usage status and quality control data of the plating solution. 1) Remove the solid particles and suspended solids from the plating solution to ensure its performance

2) Use a filtration system: Install a filtration system to remove solid particles and suspended solids from the plating solution to keep the plating solution clean

3) Add purifiers: Use appropriate purifiers to remove harmful ions from the plating solution to ensure the purity of the plating solution

4 Improve the plating environment:

1) Operation training: Improve the professional skills and environmental awareness of operators, ensure that all operations comply with process specifications, and reduce pollution caused by human factors
