"National Green Factory" is an authoritative certification given by the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology of China to implement the "14th Five-Year Plan for Industrial Green Development" and the "Industrial Carbon Peak Implementation Plan" for enterprises that meet the "green development" requirements.
