This series of innovations not only significantly improves production efficiency, solves the industry pain points of relying on benchwork polishing, but also pushes product quality to a new height. In addition, the intelligent polishing robot system was once named "Guangdong Province Famous and High-tech Products in 2023".
The technical innovation achievements of the intelligent grinding robot system include the following aspects:

Through the study of the influence mechanism of process parameters (grinding head material, grinding speed, grinding force, etc.) on grinding quality, a grinding process knowledge base was built, and the process intelligent decision-making model was trained to realize the intelligent analysis of the grinding process.
