The development of the sand mill mainly has the following five stages:

(1) The separator and rod mixing element are added at the bottom of the grinding chamber, and the vertical mixing mill is successfully replaced by the traditional ball mill.

(2) The rod type mixing element is converted into a disk form, the separator is moved from the bottom to the top layer, and through this transformation, it is innovated into a vertical disk sander.

(3) Replace the original rod type with a new type of agitator in the shape of a rod pin, and replace the screen separator with a slit separator, thus forming a ring rod type sander.

(4) The original vertical rod pin agitator was transformed into a horizontal disk shape, and then the separator level was upgraded to a dynamic rotor centrifugal separator, and a more advanced horizontal disk sander was developed.

(5) Adjust the shape of the agitator again, replace the disc type with the rod and pin type, upgrade the separator, select the separator with a large filter area, and finally give birth to the horizontal rod and pin type circulating sander.
